Guided Drumming Meditation with Horses – Open House

May 29 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Step into stillness – Presence in the Herd.

Join Equellness for a curated, two-hour open house experience that blends guided meditation, live drumming, and genuine connection with our herd. In the Year of the Horse, we’re inviting you to meet these extraordinary animals not as observers but as participants in something quieter, deeper, and more grounding than your average morning.

This gathering is designed for adults who are new to Equellness and curious about what it means to be in relationship with horses. It’s intimate by design. There are no performances here, no  packed schedules, only space to arrive, breathe, and be present.

What to Expect

10:00 – 10:30 AM · Arrival & Welcome Settle in, meet fellow participants, and set a personal intention for the morning. This is your time to transition out of the week and into the experience.

10:30 – 11:30 AM · The Main Experience Move through a guided meditation as our horses join the circle. Drumming deepens the rhythm of the moment, and the herd responds, offering co-regulation, presence, and their own kind of wisdom. This hour is the heart of the morning.

11:30 – 12:00 PM · Integration & Community Reflect. Connect. Ground together. This closing time is unstructured and relational, a chance to process what arose and carry it forward with you.

A Note on Location

To protect the integrity of our healing space, our herd, and the experience itself, the exact location is shared with registered participants only. You’ll receive full detail,  including directions and parking via email after you complete registration.

What to Wear

Come dressed for the outdoors and whatever the morning brings. We recommend:

  • Closed-toe shoes (required near the horses)
  • Comfortable, layered clothing
  • Anything that helps you feel at ease in your body

Donation-Based Participation

This experience is offered on a donation basis, with a suggested minimum of $10. Every contribution directly supports two things: our scholarship fund – making equine-assisted healing accessible to those who need it most and the ongoing care of our herd.

Your presence is what matters. Your donation makes it possible for others to have this experience too.

Donation link available at registration and on-site.

Capacity & Waitlist

This gathering is capped at 15 participants – intentionally small, intentionally personal. If the event is full when you register, you’ll be added to the waitlist automatically and notified if a spot opens.

This event is brought to you in partnership with Horses for Mental Health.

Registration is required. Location provided after sign-up.
