Our mission is to build wellness in an inclusive community through innovative programs incorporating horses. We offer a personalized approach to wellness, recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique.
Our safe and welcoming space implements equine-assisted activities, mindfulness practices, and rhythmic movement to improve resilience, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.
We believe in the power of community and inclusivity, and our commitment is to promote wellness, personal growth, and a compassionate community.
There are many ways to volunteer!
We are always looking for on-site operational volunteers, horse leaders and side walkers, as well as those specializing in administration, photography, marketing, fundraising, grant writing & program implementation.

Steps to Becoming A Volunteer
Complete the Volunteer Application. Once we process your application, you will receive a link to schedule a Discovery Call.
Complete the volunteer application and schedule a phone call.
You will receive a welcome packet with program volunteer training dates and paperwork that will need to be signed.
You will be required to attend at least 2 Volunteer training and practice sessions prior to signing up for Equellness Center’s program volunteer shifts.
Let us know of changes in address, phone numbers, or email, as well as changes in health or recent physical injuries.
If you have any questions about ANYTHING, please ask. There is no such thing as a silly question!
