Hoofbeats & Books – Session 1

Hoofbeats & Books is an after school program combining academics and Equine Assisted Activities. It enhances reading skills and life skills through horsemanship and riding. The program follows the Horse Powered Reading® curriculum, connecting participants with horses. Group activities like grooming and care foster teamwork and bonding. Social and emotional learning is emphasized through discussions, mindfulness exercises, and reflection. Participants gain equine knowledge, reading skills, and valuable life skills. Hoofbeats & Books is inclusive, safe, and supportive, offering a unique learning experience for all.
Age: Children 6-8 yrs old
Tuition: $ 750 for the series of 6 sessions
